The 5th AMARC Asia-Pacific Regional Conference of community radios will take place from September 27-30, 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand. Around 200 participants from 15 countries will participate to strengthen community radios, discuss emerging challenges, and celebrate achievements. The conference will cover a diverse range of topics such as the digital transformation of community broadcasting, indigenous broadcasting, the role of community radios in combatting fake news, disaster risk reduction, peacebuilding & conflict resolution, and gender equality.
